Role Overview
The Store Keeper Helper supports the sales team with daily store operations, stock room organization, and manual replenishment of stock.
Shipment and Stock Duties
- Receive shipments and verify quantities against applicable guidelines.
- Check that received items are in good condition.
- Organize stock in the stock room according to team guidelines.
- Support manual replenishment of stock from the stock room.
- Keep the storage room clean and stock well arranged.
Sales and Customer Support
- Support sales staff with day-to-day store tasks as required.
- Inform the shop supervisor or manager about consumable and packaging levels.
- Respond to customers by carrying purchases to their cars when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same role within luxury fashion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a hardworking approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
