Role overview
Lead the BP forecourt and WHSmith units at Severn View Services on the M48 near Bristol.
The role is 40 hours per week and includes responsibility for team culture and customer experience.
Compensation
- The salary is £32,850 per annum.
- An annual bonus of up to £8,320, equal to 20% of base salary, depends on location and performance.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed budget and P&L targets for the BP forecourt and WHSmith unit.
- Lead, support, and develop the team so colleagues feel valued and ready to grow.
- Deliver exceptional brand standards and consistently strong customer service.
- Lead shifts from opening to closing and keep operations running smoothly under pressure.
- Manage labour costs and drive operational efficiencies.
- Coach, train, and plan succession for team members.
What you will bring
- Proven experience leading teams in high-volume retail, catering, or hospitality.
- Track record of managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and operational efficiencies.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
