Role overview
Lead the BP Greggs forecourt store at Chieveley Services on the M4 near Thatcham.
Run the store as a customer-focused operation while building a strong team culture.
The role is 40 hours per week and pays £36,000 per annum.
What you will do
- Meet and exceed budget and P&L targets for the BP forecourt.
- Lead, support, and develop the store team.
- Deliver strong brand standards and customer service.
- Lead shifts from opening to closing under pressure.
- Manage labour costs and drive efficiencies.
What you will bring
- Proven team leadership experience in high-volume retail, catering, or hospitality.
- A track record managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and efficiencies.
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Ability to motivate teams through coaching, training, and succession planning.
- A calm, decisive approach in a fast-paced environment.
