Responsibilities
- Receive all goods delivered to the hotel and verify them against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
- Inspect the quality, quantity, and condition of all incoming materials before acceptance
- Organize and store food, beverage, engineering, housekeeping, and operating supplies according to established procedures
- Issue materials to various departments against authorized requisition forms
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the hotel's inventory management system
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks and participate in periodic physical inventory counts
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchasing Department for timely replenishment
- Ensure proper storage conditions, including temperature control, hygiene, and FIFO/FEFO practices
- Identify slow moving, obsolete, damaged, or expired inventory and report findings to management
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store areas
- Coordinate with the Cost Controller and Finance Department during stock audits
- Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, and consumption analysis as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment
- Experience handling Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, and General Stores inventory
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and hotel store operations
- Familiarity with ERP or hotel inventory systems such as Materials Control, FMC, BirchStreet, Sun System, Oracle, SAP, or similar software
- Good understanding of purchasing and receiving procedures

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a 4 star or 5 star hotel.
- Experience working with hotel ERP systems and barcode inventory management.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an added advantage.
Pay
- Up to AED 2,000.00 per month
