Financial Controller

Job Summary

Financial Management

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support management with financial planning and analysis.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Maintain internal controls and financial governance processes.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Strategic Support

• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Support profitability analysis and business growth initiatives.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with finance and other departments for smooth financial operations.
• Support implementation and improvement of financial systems and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management.
• Candidates should have experience in either the Hotel, Retail, or Manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or QuickBooks.
