About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment at the site store
- Issue materials to site teams against approved requisitions and maintain accurate stock records
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile with ERP records
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Material Controller
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe storage area in line with HSE requirements
- Maintain clear labelling and bin/location coding to enable efficient material retrieval
- Coordinate safe loading, unloading, and internal transfer of materials and equipment
- Ensure manufacturer storage and handling requirements are followed for sensitive items
- Maintain goods received notes, delivery notes, and material issue vouchers
- Prepare periodic stock status reports for the Material Controller and Procurement
- Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency
- Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality
Requirements
- Diploma or secondary education
- Minimum 3–5 years of store keeping experience in construction
- Good organisational and record keeping skills
- Good knowledge of MEP materials, tools, consumables, and equipment storage requirements
- Experience using ERP/material management systems and maintaining accurate stock records
- Good organisational, record keeping, numeracy, and reporting skills
- Awareness of HSE requirements related to storage, housekeeping, manual handling, and material segregation
- Ability to coordinate professionally with suppliers, delivery drivers, procurement, and site teams

Role Purpose
- To manage material storage and issuance at Innovo MEP project site stores, ensuring accurate stock records and safe, organised storage of materials and equipment.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
