- Lead the coordination and execution of complex learning and development programs across corporate and project teams
- Support the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of internal and external training programs
- Act as a key point of contact for learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines
- Provide guidance and support to junior L&D team members or coordinators
- Lead the consolidation and analysis of training needs from departments and project teams
- Support the development and implementation of the annual training plan and learning calendar
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and outcomes
- Track training budgets and support cost optimization initiatives
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of training data within the LMS or HR system
- Prepare detailed training reports, dashboards, and insights for management review
- Ensure effective coordination and completion of mandatory, induction, HSE, and compliance training programs
- Support learning initiatives linked to performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6–9 years of experience in learning and development, HR, or training roles with demonstrated progression in responsibility
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, or engineering environments is strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of learning systems (LMS), training frameworks, and adult learning principles

Role Overview
- Responsible for the design, coordination and advanced execution of learning and development initiatives across the organisation.
- The role ensures the effective implementation of development programs, supports capability building initiatives, and contributes to strengthening organisational performance and talent development in line with Innovo’s business objectives.
Key Accountabilities: Learning & Development Delivery & Operations
- Lead the coordination and execution of complex learning and development programs across corporate and project teams.
- Support the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of internal and external training programs.
- Act as a key point of contact for learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to junior L&D team members or coordinators, as applicable.
Training Needs Analysis & Planning
- Lead the consolidation and analysis of training needs from departments and project teams.
- Support the development and implementation of the annual training plan and learning calendar.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Track training budgets and support cost optimization initiatives.
Learning Systems & Reporting
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of training data within the LMS or HR system.
- Prepare detailed training reports, dashboards, and insights for management review.
- Ensure all learning records, certifications, and compliance documentation are ready.
Mandatory & Compliance Training
- Ensure effective coordination and completion of mandatory, induction, HSE, and compliance training programs.
- Proactively monitor completion rates and escalate risks related to noncompliance.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining robust learning documentation.
Capability Development & Performance Support
- Support learning initiatives linked to performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Assist in implementing competency frameworks, development pathways, and career development programs.
- Support managers in identifying development actions arising from performance reviews.
Engagement, Learning Culture & Innovation
- Promote a continuous learning culture across Innovo through targeted initiatives and communication.
- Support onboarding and structured development programs for new joiners and high potential employees.
- Identify opportunities to enhance learning delivery through innovative methods, digital tools, and cost effective solutions.
Innovation & Value Creation
- Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
