About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and basic medical treatment for site injuries and illnesses
- Maintain medical records and refer serious cases to appropriate medical facilities
- Support occupational health screening and awareness programmes for the workforce
- Maintain first aid stations and ensure medical supplies are adequately stocked
- Respond promptly to site medical emergencies and coordinate ambulance transfer when required
- Participate in emergency drills and support the project emergency response plan
- Implement heat stress prevention measures and monitor at risk workers during summer months
- Conduct basic health awareness sessions on hydration, nutrition, and common occupational illnesses
- Conduct periodic hygiene and sanitation checks at labour accommodation camps
- Report communicable disease risks or outbreaks to the HSE Manager and relevant authorities
Requirements
- Nursing diploma or degree
- Valid UAE nursing licence
- Minimum 2 4 years of nursing experience
- Preferably in an occupational/industrial setting

Role Purpose
- To provide first aid and basic medical care for Innovo's site and camp workforce, supporting occupational health and emergency response on project sites.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Nursing diploma or degree; valid UAE nursing licence
- Minimum 2–4 years of nursing experience, preferably in an occupational/industrial setting
