Role overview
Store Assistant / Specialist role supporting daily store operations, inventory activities, customer service, and product coordination.
The role is described as part-time with a flexible remote work arrangement in the United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily store and operational activities.
- Assist with inventory receiving, organization, tracking, stock counts, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate product, stock, product information, and documentation records.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, requests, orders, returns, and basic service needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams when required.
- Monitor product availability and identify stock requirements.
- Prepare basic inventory and operational reports.
- Identify ways to improve store efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- Diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Professional retail, store operations, inventory, or customer-service experience is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and customer-service abilities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and digital systems.
