Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and connectivity issues.
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
- Assist with user accounts, passwords, access permissions, and onboarding.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain IT equipment.
- Monitor and manage IT support tickets and service requests.
- Maintain accurate IT asset and equipment records.
- Assist with security updates, antivirus, backups, and IT compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Provide clear and professional support to internal users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of professional IT support experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and IT support tools.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical requests efficiently.
