About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to join our growing team. If you’re an excellent communicator who enjoys creating positive customer experiences and turning problems into solutions, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other channels.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Resolve complaints and service-related issues professionally.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in every interaction.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3+ years of professional customer service/support experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
