- 🔹 Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly experienced Stock Controller to manage and oversee all inventory operations across warehouse and retail branches.
- The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock control, proper warehouse organization, and smooth inventory flow across the business.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all stock movements (inbound & outbound)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and organization
- Ensure proper usage of racking and storage systems
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts
- Reconcile system stock vs physical stock discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Coordinate with purchasing team for stock procurement needs
- Implement and follow stock control procedures and policies
- Track damaged, expired, and returned items
- Support retail branches with inventory requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal audit and stock control standards
- 🔹 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field
- 5–12 years of experience as a Stock Controller / Inventory Controller
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Warehouse operations and management
- Retail inventory flow and stock control systems
- Racking and storage systems
- Physical stock counting and reconciliation processes
- Purchasing and procurement basics
- Experience in retail or FMCG industry is mandatory
- Familiarity with ERP / inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage stock across multiple locations and branches
