  • 🔹 Role Overview
  • We are seeking a highly experienced Stock Controller to manage and oversee all inventory operations across warehouse and retail branches.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock control, proper warehouse organization, and smooth inventory flow across the business.
  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control all stock movements (inbound & outbound)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and organization
  • Ensure proper usage of racking and storage systems
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts
  • Reconcile system stock vs physical stock discrepancies
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Coordinate with purchasing team for stock procurement needs
  • Implement and follow stock control procedures and policies
  • Track damaged, expired, and returned items
  • Support retail branches with inventory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit and stock control standards
  • 🔹 Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field
  • 5–12 years of experience as a Stock Controller / Inventory Controller

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Warehouse operations and management
  • Retail inventory flow and stock control systems
  • Racking and storage systems
  • Physical stock counting and reconciliation processes
  • Purchasing and procurement basics
  • Experience in retail or FMCG industry is mandatory
  • Familiarity with ERP / inventory management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage stock across multiple locations and branches
