Responsibilities
- Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and brand partners
- Arrange product shoots, videos, reels, and campaign materials
- Support the Marketing Supervisor in daily marketing activities
- Prepare products and samples for photoshoots and influencer collaborations
- Follow up with influencers before, during, and after campaigns
- Attend events, exhibitions, and brand activations when required
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to provide content, updates, and campaign materials
- Support in choosing visuals, styling, locations, and creative ideas
- Ensure all brand activities follow the company’s image and standards
- Assist in creating behind the scenes content for social media
- Follow up on campaign deliverables, influencer postings, and content approvals
- Prepare simple reports on influencer activities and campaign results
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand coordination, marketing, or a related field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Creative eye and good taste in visuals, styling, and content
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Organized and able to follow up on multiple tasks
- Experience in perfumes, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle is preferred
- English is required; Arabic is a plus

What You’ll Do
