You'll be the driving force behind our equity programs, partnering with leaders across the business to support major company milestones while ensuring every employee has a world-class equity experience. Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day administration of the company's global equity programs, including grants, exercises, vesting, releases, ESPP purchases, tender offers, and other equity transactions.
- Maintain accurate equity records across Carta, transfer agents, and internal systems while ensuring data integrity and operational excellence.
- Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and People to ensure equity transactions are accurately reflected in payroll, accounting, tax reporting, and SEC filings.
