Join an exclusive private members’ club in Dubai focused on exceptional service, discretion, and attention to detail.
The Stewarding Manager will oversee stewarding and cleaning operations across the club.
Responsibilities
- Manage stewarding and cleaning operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee Kitchen Porters, Stewards, housekeeping teams, staffing levels, attendance, performance, and daily operations.
- Manage outsourcing companies and ensure effective service delivery.
- Maintain luxury service standards through a hands-on and professional approach.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing stewarding or kitchen stewarding teams in luxury hotels, private members’ clubs, or high-end hospitality environments.
- Experience overseeing Kitchen Porters, Stewards, and housekeeping teams.
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Excellent people-management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a hands-on and professional approach.
- Luxury hospitality experience is essential.
- Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
