Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily bar operations and ensure service is delivered to high standards.
• Lead by example during service with calm, polished, and professional execution.
• Build rapport with members, understand preferences, and encourage repeat engagement.
• Assist with training and supervising bartending teams.
• Support stock management, ordering, and cost controls.
• Ensure responsible service, licensing compliance, and service consistency.
• Manage the bar operation when the Bar Manager is absent.

Ideal Background

• Supervisory or assistant management experience in high-end hospitality is required.
• Experience in a private members’ club, five-star hotel, or premium bar environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, premium spirits, and service etiquette is required.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• Candidates should be reliable, professional, and trusted in member-facing environments.
