Role Overview

An ultra-luxury private members’ club in Dubai is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Manager.

The role oversees outsourced kitchen porters, stewards, and housekeeping teams.

The position focuses on exceptional service, discretion, attention to detail, and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing outsourced hospitality teams in luxury hotels, private members’ clubs, or high-end hospitality environments.
  • Experience overseeing kitchen porters, stewards, and housekeeping teams.
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage staffing levels, attendance, performance, and daily operations.
  • Strong attention to detail with a hands-on and professional approach.
  • Experience working with outsourcing companies and managing service delivery.
  • Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
  • Luxury hospitality experience is essential.

Operational Focus

  • Oversee outsourced kitchen porters, stewards, and housekeeping teams.
  • Ensure the highest standards across the club.
  • Manage staffing, attendance, performance, and daily operations.
  • Coordinate outsourced service delivery and maintain luxury hospitality standards.

Work Environment

  • The role supports daily operations within a private members’ club in Dubai.
