About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE and is scheduled to open in 2027.

The resort will include 1,530 rooms and suites, restaurants, lounges, bars, a theater, beach club, pools, spa, shopping promenade, and events center.

About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Steward - Main Kitchen to join the Kitchen Stewards team.

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, and store crockery, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain kitchen work areas, including ovens, stovetops, floors, and ceilings.
Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely according to procedures.
Collect and dispose of kitchen waste in line with hygiene standards.
Follow stewarding leadership instructions and support daily operations.
Communicate professionally with colleagues, management, and contractors.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and departmental procedures.
Adhere to health, safety, and recycling practices.

Experience and Qualifications

Completion of secondary school is required; higher academic credentials are an asset.
No prior experience is required, while one year in a five-star hotel or integrated resort is preferred.
