Representative - Wynn Rewards

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE.

Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club.

It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Representative to join the Wynn Rewards team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Greet and assist guests at the Wynn Rewards desk and gaming registration areas with professionalism and courtesy

Enroll new members into the Wynn Rewards program and clearly explain benefits

Process member transactions, redemptions, and account updates accurately

Promote current offers, events, and exclusive member experiences

Resolve guest inquiries and escalate issues to the Manager when necessary

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies, promotions, and resort services

Collaborate with other departments to enhance member satisfaction and engagement

Uphold Wynn brand standards in all guest interactions

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Hospitality or Marketing preferred

Minimum 1-2 years of guest service experience, ideally in luxury hospitality or gaming

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data entry tools

Fluency in English required, Arabic or other languages a plus

Passion for luxury service and creating memorable guest experiences

Must pass gaming licensing background check
