Role Overview
Brainy n Bright provides hands-on learning programs in robotics, coding, AI, and digital skills for students aged 5–16.
The STEM Trainer will deliver engaging, project-based technology sessions and inspire young learners through practical learning.
Teaching and Programs
- Conduct robotics, coding, AI, and STEM classes, workshops, camps, and enrichment programs.
- Teach Scratch, Python, JavaScript, and age-appropriate AI concepts.
- Work with LEGO, VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and similar robotics platforms.
- Develop hands-on projects, lesson plans, and learning materials.
Student Support
- Track student progress and share feedback with parents and management.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and interactive learning environment.
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Experience in teaching, training, or STEM education is required.
- Strong understanding of robotics, coding, and AI is required.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills are required.
