Position Overview
The company is an engineering consultancy working on building projects in the United Arab Emirates.
The role prepares accurate structural steel drawings and coordinates them with structural engineers and other disciplines.
Employment and Availability
- The position is full-time.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Drawing Production
- Prepare structural steel drawings for building projects using engineering designs, calculations, sketches, and project specifications.
- Prepare general arrangement drawings, structural plans, elevations, sections, connection details, and fabrication or shop drawings.
- Detail steel beams, columns, bracing, connections, plates, bolts, stairs, platforms, canopies, and related elements.
Coordination and Quality
- Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate structural drawings with architectural, civil, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
- Work with structural engineers to incorporate design requirements and resolve drafting issues.
- Revise drawings based on engineer, consultant, client, and site comments.
