Station Manager

Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.

Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates and discuss improvements and cascade any changes down the chain.

Oversee inventory levels and ensure that all materials and supplies are adequately stocked and accounted for.

Implement and oversee loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets, packages, and other goods.

Conduct regular audits, monitor for theft or fraud, and ensure all undelivered parcels are returned to the station at the end of the day.

In case of suspected theft, initiate investigations and coordinate with the Loss Prevention department and IDC relationship manager.

Maintain accurate logs (delivery, incident, inventory) and daily reports.

Prepare and monitor performance reports (on-time deliveries, exceptions, etc. ).

Perform data entry as needed to maintain accurate records .

Evaluate and assess employee performance, workplace conduct and compliance as required , including discipline where appropriate .

Cleaning, general housekeeping.

Other duties as assigned.
