Role Overview
Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Startup Account Manager to drive growth among high-potential startups in India.
The role focuses on customer growth, user adoption, migrations, and helping startups select AWS as their preferred cloud provider.
The position requires a self-directed, entrepreneurial approach in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Ensure customer success with early- and growth-stage startups in India.
- Drive growth and market share in a defined territory.
- Accelerate customer adoption through business development engagements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
- Engage founders, CXOs, boards of directors, and venture capital influencers.
- Work with AWS partners to manage joint-selling opportunities.
- Help customers identify priority AWS use cases and implement best practices.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, solution architecture, and partner teams.
