Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison with external stakeholder authorities, utility providers, and third parties to resolve interface issues and support project delivery
- Coordinate permits, NOCs, and authority approvals, maintaining approval logs, registers, and trackers
- Manage utility coordination including diversions, relocations, protection works, tie ins, service connections, and operational interfaces
- Review contractor submissions related to stakeholder management, utilities, approvals, and handover requirements
- Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning, close out, and acceptance activities with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure completion of asset handover requirements including as built drawings, GIS data, O&M manuals, asset registers, warranties, and close out documentation
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, presentations, and stakeholder status updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Infrastructure, Utility Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in stakeholder management, utility coordination, authority liaison, and asset handover on infrastructure, roads, or utilities projects
- Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with GIS and CAD software
- Strong working knowledge of Abu Dhabi authorities, utility stakeholders, and approval processes
- Experience working on construction supervision or PMC projects in the UAE/GCC

What Required Skills You’ll Bring
