Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) — India Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract, 6–12 months Experience Level: 8+ years in technical recruiting About the Role We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6–12 month contract, based onsite in Bangalore. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams across [Engineering / RTL Design / DevOps / etc. — customize].

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles — from intake and sourcing through offer and close Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and evaluation criteria Build and manage a strong pipeline of technical talent through sourcing, referrals, and market mapping Drive candidate experience through timely communication, structured interviews, and transparent feedback loops Own requisition data hygiene and reporting within the ATS (Ashby) What We're Looking For 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in technical/engineering hiring (e.g., RTL Design, DFT, DevOps, Silicon Validation, Software Engineering)
