Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electromechanical

7–10+ years of experience in new product development and manufacturing of large electromechanical assemblies (e.g., electrical panels, integrated skids, box builds).

BS in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

Deep experience implementing PPAP, conducting SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) investigations, and managing supplier quality systems.

Demonstrated mastery in developing design documentation (BOMs, drawing packages) and optimizing manufacturing/assembly processes for cost and scale.

Ability to lead without formal authority, removing "blocks" for the team and providing technical mentorship to both internal peers and external partners.

Extensive experience in the build, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage or high-power electrical equipment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
