Staff Software Engineer (Python, AI)

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications and services using Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Build frontend applications using technologies such as React, Streamlit, or HTML .
• Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and distributed services using REST, gRPC, Kafka, or similar technologies.
• Build and deploy applications using CI/CD, DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP .
• Contribute to application performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to AI-enabled applications and agentic solutions as the team’s requirements evolve.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with strong experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
• Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with AWS or GCP.
• Good understanding of software design, testing, and engineering best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google ADK, OpenAI SDK, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience building MCP servers or agentic solutions.
• Exposure to AI-assisted software development.
