About the Role
The Content Platform team builds shared systems to manage, enrich, localize, publish, search, and deliver content across Hinge Health treatment experiences.
The Staff Software Engineer will provide technical leadership for media and AI content pipelines and build reusable platform capabilities.
This is a hands-on role involving production coding, architecture reviews, operational response, and engineering mentorship.
What You Will Accomplish
- Deliver large projects and product capabilities while maintaining key code repositories.
- Break complex problems into manageable tasks and resolve the root causes of incidents.
- Roadmap technical strategies and balance short-term and long-term trade-offs.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.
- Integrate AI technologies to automate processes and improve product features.
- Improve maintainability, availability, performance, architecture, and developer tooling.
- Communicate technical ideas clearly and document solutions.
Hybrid Work Model
- This Bengaluru-based hybrid role requires employees to work in the office three days per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
