About the role
Hinge Health is seeking a Product Manager, New Programs to build net-new experiences in an emerging condition category.
The role is a 0-to-1 position centered on ambiguous problems, rapid validation, and measurable member and business impact.
The Product Manager will work across UX, data, technical, clinical, design, engineering, and go-to-market considerations.
What you will do
- Build a structured understanding of user needs, clinical context, and product opportunities.
- Identify unmet problems, size opportunities, and design lean validation tests.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into recommendations.
- Translate validated directions into shippable experiences.
- Make principled trade-offs under time and resource constraints.
- Work with engineering, design, and clinical partners on high-quality releases.
- Create alignment, unblock dependencies, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Define hypotheses, success criteria, indicators, instrumentation, and reporting.
- Use data to change direction rather than only confirm decisions.
