What You'll Accomplish
- Define product vision, strategy, and objectives.
- Own a consumer feature roadmap focused on engagement, retention, and clinical outcomes.
- Ship high-quality features within a cross-functional pod.
- Establish success metrics and adjust strategy using quantitative and qualitative data.
Basic Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing features and personalized user experiences.
- Demonstrated data-driven decision-making and lifecycle metric optimization.
- Experience with hypothesis-driven testing and experimental design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing digital products in healthcare, fitness, or mind-body therapy.
Hybrid Model
- Hybrid employees are required to work in the office three days per week for a full typical business day.
- The San Francisco office is dog-friendly.
