Staff Product Manager, Fleet Software

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

Requirements

• 12 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on software products — ideally in fleet management, telematics, mobility, energy management, or adjacent SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and evolve existing software platforms while simultaneously defining new products from the ground up.
• Experience working with fleet operators, commercial vehicle customers, or logistics companies preferred
• Strong technical fluency — able to engage meaningfully with engineering teams on software architecture, APIs, and data pipelines without needing to write code.
• Customer-obsessed and data-driven, with experience translating qualitative customer insight and quantitative data into prioritized product decisions.
• Intellectually curious, analytical, creative, collaborative, and a strategic thinker who can work effectively as an individual contributor in a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication skills — able to translate complex technical and commercial concepts into clear, structured narratives for diverse stakeholders.
