Role Overview
The Staff Product Manager will lead embedded finance products for platforms, SaaS companies, and marketplaces.
The role owns product strategy, solution design, roadmaps, delivery plans, and global product launches.
The role covers embedded finance experiences including payments, card issuing, banking as a service, and foreign exchange.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the embedded finance product strategy, solution design, roadmap, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build, launch, and iterate on products.
- Partner with platforms and marketplaces to drive integration and adoption across multiple regions.
- Understand user needs, target markets, customer feedback, partner feedback, and competitive conditions.
- Balance long-term product vision with near-term growth and prioritization decisions.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers.
- Champion developer experience and maintain industry-leading API and component solutions.
- Monitor product performance, improve operations, and track trends in finance, payments, and technology.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience covering go-to-market, product design, solution architecture, and product planning.
- Experience taking products from ideation through delivery at global scale.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or platform product environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to balance user requirements and commercial strategy to drive product growth.
- Proven success with API or platform integrations and technical go-to-market launches.
- Ability to work in data-driven, cross-functional teams and across multiple time zones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
