About the Role

- Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to get projects across the finish line
- Contribute to developer tooling and abstractions to increase team leverage

About The Role And How We Work
- Ashby's engineering culture strives to recreate environments where engineers had ownership and agency to impact users with creative software.
- As a Product Engineer, you'll take ownership over a large portion of one of our products and own projects end to end.

What We're Building
- Design and build automated interview scheduling that calculates possible times and presents them to candidates.
- Build a generalized declarative filter architecture that compiles to SQL.
- Spec, design, and implement a feature for completing signing offers entirely within Ashby.
