About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end design for major product areas, from discovery and strategy through implementation and launch
- Define and execute long term product vision initiatives, creating prototypes and concepts
- Design AI native user experiences, including intelligent assistants, automated workflows, generative interfaces, and explainable decision making systems
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to influence roadmap decisions
- Transform complex operational, compliance, and risk related workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Build interactive prototypes to validate ideas and accelerate product development
- Drive the evolution of design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high quality user experiences
- Establish and maintain a high standard of design craftsmanship through reviews, feedback, and cross team collaboration
- Conduct user research and incorporate customer insights into product development
- Advocate for innovative design practices and the effective use of AI throughout the design process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in product design or related field
- 8+ years of experience designing complex web based products, particularly in enterprise, technical, or data driven environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and systems thinking
- Proven experience designing AI powered or AI native product experiences
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and high fidelity prototyping tools
- Experience leveraging AI tools within the design process
- Ability to communicate design rationale effectively and influence product direction
- Strong partnership skills with cross functional teams
- Experience mentoring designers, setting design standards, or influencing design quality across teams
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fintech, risk management, compliance, fraud prevention, analytics platforms, developer tools, or other highly technical products is an advantage
