Staff Pharmacist
TechInception is hiring Staff Pharmacists. They work under the general guidance of the Pharmacy Manager to assist in the whole site pharmacy operation. Provide a contemporary patient-centric retail pharmacy focus by taking the time to speak to patients and establish high-quality professional care to customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation of assigned pharmacy which includes providing exceptional customer service and efficiency in processing prescriptions.
- Monitor patients to ensure therapeutic outcomes and minimize adverse drug effects.
- Consult the patients in a professional manner to ensure patients’ awareness of drug therapy plans and outcomes.
- Help to ensure location compliance to local, state, federal laws, company policies and procedures.
- Participate in developing open communications between store staff and the pharmacy department to improve morale, awareness of company programs for support of company objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy required. (B.S. or Pharmacy D)
- Licensed pharmacist in the state where working.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- At least seven years of experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of laws governing OTC drugs, pharmacy products and third party plans
Good Knowledge of Pharmacy Policy & Procedures
Information related financial reports and their uses
