Responsibilities
- Provide total, direct nursing care in alignment with the plan of care, respecting patient privacy, dignity, and culture
- Prepare, administer, and document all prescribed medications, manage intravenous lines, and continuously monitor and record patients' conditions
- Perform age specific, systematic, and holistic initial patient health assessments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and patients/families to develop, update, and evaluate an effective plan of care
- Provide evidence based quality of care, adhering to hospital and nursing division policies and standards
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in collaboration with infection prevention and patient safety departments
- Protect patient privacy, uphold dignity, and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Clinical experience in a specialized department (e.g., ER, ICU, NICU)
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Key Responsibilities
