Responsibilities
- Lead development of deep learning and machine learning models for human-led triage and high-volume workflow automation.
- Develop reinforcement learning from human-preference-based data collection and evaluation systems.
- Build user feedback analysis tools for classification, sentiment, summarization, root cause, and trend analysis.
