Responsibilities

  • Manage employee administration and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and HR related documentation.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and ensure HR data accuracy.
  • Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Assist with government related HR processes (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other HR platforms) when required.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the Human Capital Department.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Good knowledge of HR administration and recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
