- Coordinate efforts of facilities maintenance team to ensure all maintenance activities and troubleshooting are carried out
- Monitor performance of relevant maintenance contractors
- Provide technical support and training to subordinates
- Maintain appropriate records as per standards and requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or relevant)
- 3 5 years of post qualification relevant experience with at least 2 years in Oil & Gas industry
- Hands on experience and strong technical knowledge of CCTV and Access Control Systems

- To conduct efficient and effective general Facility maintenance activities of the company’s facilities including petrol stations, operation plants (mainly Fire Alarm/ protection, HVAC, General civil, MEP, Elevators, Smoke Ventilation system, Pressurization system, EAS, Sliding doors and Road Barrier
