Role Overview

Technical Strategy and Architecture

• Serve as the lead technical strategist for public-sector engagements and turn ambiguous mission requirements into architectural roadmaps.
• Architect production-grade AI application frameworks that integrate interactive UIs, backend systems, and AI models at scale.
• Guide cloud infrastructure evolution for security, global scalability, and long-term system integrity.
• Direct development of core platforms and shared services for diverse global client use cases.

Leadership and Field Learning

• Partner with cross-functional leadership to steer the technical roadmap and maintain a cohesive, future-proof architecture.
• Mentor senior and junior staff and set technical direction for the organization.
• Translate real-world client lessons into reusable patterns for the core engineering platform.
• Promote asynchronous workflows and documentation-first practices to improve global engineering velocity.

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in computer science, or equivalent deep industry experience architecting complex distributed systems.
• 10+ years of full-stack expertise across Python, Node.js, and React.
• Experience designing high-scale architectures on Kubernetes and global cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Expertise overseeing production-grade ecosystems for system integrity, security, and long-term scalability.
• Extensive experience deploying and troubleshooting end-to-end solutions in complex, high-security client environments.
• Proven track record building LLM-driven solutions.
• Ability to resolve extreme ambiguity, mentor senior staff, and set technical vision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience as a CTO or founding engineer, or experience in forward-deployed or dedicated customer engineering roles, is preferred.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations is preferred.
• Arabic proficiency is preferred.
