Job overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Training Developer – Learning Delivery professional who will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering technical learning programs for employees, freshers, or clients. The role involves creating engaging training content, facilitating virtual/classroom sessions, supporting learner engagement, and ensuring smooth execution of training initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop technical training materials, presentations, assessments, and learner guides.

Deliver technical and process training through virtual and classroom sessions.

Coordinate with trainers, stakeholders, and business teams for training schedules and delivery plans.

Manage learning operations including attendance tracking, assessments, feedback, and reporting.

Maintain training records and learning dashboards.

Assist in managing LMS activities such as course uploads, learner tracking, and completion reports.

Conduct refresher sessions and support continuous learning initiatives.

Knowledge of learning delivery methodologies and instructional design.

Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Basic understanding of technical concepts/processes.
