Position overview
The Senior Technical Support Executive delivers advanced technical support, handles complex IT infrastructure issues, and leads deployments across client environments.
The role covers networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, security, surveillance, backup, disaster recovery, and Microsoft 365/Azure.
The role mentors junior engineers, leads critical projects, and supports service quality and client satisfaction.
Technical support
- Handle escalated L2/L3 tickets involving network, server, cloud, and security environments.
- Diagnose hardware, software, operating system, network, and cloud service issues.
- Perform onsite support for high-priority cases and customer escalations.
- Coordinate with OEM support teams for advanced issues.
Network infrastructure
- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks, switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, VLANs, routing, VPNs, QoS, and security policies.
- Implement wireless solutions, Wi-Fi controllers, heat mapping, and RF optimization.
- Monitor and optimize network performance using specialized tools.
