About the Role
Amazon is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Offers Platform team within ASCS. You will drive large-scale programs across offer projections, insights, and catalog vending systems.

Responsibilities
- Drive large scale, cross functional programs spanning multiple development teams from inception to delivery
- Interact with project sponsors, engineering leaders, Principal Engineers, and partner teams across multiple VP level organizations
- Clearly communicate roadmap, plans, and project status to senior management and key stakeholders
- Work closely with software development teams on delivering high quality solutions, providing guidance on architecture, design, and priorities
- Be a leader in AI adoption — driving how the team leverages generative AI and agentic technologies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; provide escalation management; anticipate and make trade offs
- Evangelize the team's capabilities across Amazon, build relationships, and identify existing technologies to leverage
Requirements
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Description
- Amazon Selection and Catalog Systems (ASCS) builds and operates systems behind the world's largest e commerce product catalog.
- The Offers Platform team owns systems serving product and offering data containing billions of records.
- We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive programs across Offer Projections and Insights and Catalog Vending.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive large scale, cross functional programs from inception to delivery.
- Interact with project sponsors, engineering leaders, and partner teams.
- Communicate roadmap, plans, and status to senior management.
- Work with software development teams on delivering high quality solutions.
- Be a leader in AI adoption.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
- Evangelize team capabilities across Amazon.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
- 5+ years technical product or program management experience.
- 3+ years software development experience.
- 5+ years technical program management working with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams.
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi million dollar businesses.
Compensation
- Base salary range: CAN, BC, Vancouver 128,100.00 214,000.00 CAD annually.
- Amazon's package may include sign on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
- Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, RRSP, DPSP, paid time off.
