Job Summary
The City of Ottawa is seeking a Senior Systems Developer/Integrator for its Information Technology Services team.
The role supports the POSSE platform, which manages permitting, development approvals, business licensing, and other municipal activities.
Employment and Compensation
- This is one full-time permanent position.
- The salary is CAD 93,764.58 to CAD 114,097.62 annually at 2025 rates of pay.
Work Location
- The stated work location is 100 Constellation, Nepean, Ontario.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee POSSE integrations with related technologies.
- Apply full-stack web development across JavaScript and UI frameworks, backend APIs, and databases.
- Administer Windows Server application infrastructure, Active Directory accounts, and mobile app deployments.
- Maintain integrations using Esri, FME, Oracle, APIs, and applicable programming languages.
- Use Azure DevOps for code maintenance and collaboration on bugs, user stories, and requirements.
