Senior Maintenance Analyst Stream
- Act as Team Lead for the Transit Fleet and Facilities Maintenance Analyst team.
- Assess workforce practices for alignment with industry best practices, corporate guidelines, and legislative requirements.
- Identify operational improvements, advise management, and develop supplier and business relationships.
Senior Maintenance Planner Stream
- Lead transit fleet maintenance planning across day and evening shifts.
- Coordinate garage planners, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, resource allocation, and operational continuity.
- Standardize maintenance practices, promote continuous improvement, analyze maintenance trends, and support long-term fleet strategy.
