Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end to end storage projects focused on PMax, Isilon, and VxRail storage solutions for enterprise client in AlKhobar, KSA
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable storage and virtualization architectures
- Analyze client requirements and assess existing infrastructures to propose optimal storage and virtualization strategies
- Configure, test, and validate migration and deployment processes to ensure seamless transitions with minimal operational disruption
- Provide technical guidance and hands on support throughout the project lifecycle, including documentation and knowledge transfer
- Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth post deployment operations and resolve escalated technical cases
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices related to PMax, Isilon, and VxRail platforms
- Engage with clients and stakeholders in AlKhobar, KSA to ensure alignment with business requirements and project goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Service Delivery Engineer or similar technical role
- Proven expertise in PMax, Isilon, and VxRail storage and virtualization technologies
- Experience managing complex storage and virtualization deployment/migration projects in enterprise environments
- Strong skills in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining storage and virtualized infrastructure
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross functional teams
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in AlKhobar, KSA
- Relevant certifications on PMax, Isilon, VxRail, or virtualization technologies are a plus
