The position offers work within a global, collaborative, and values-driven team.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience with Adobe Experience Manager design tooling for PDF forms and Adaptive web forms.
  • 5+ years of professional front-end experience with HTML, JSP, NPM webpack, and Angular.
  • 5+ years of professional Java web and service development experience.
  • Experience developing Java and Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs, with knowledge of messaging frameworks such as Kafka.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, or GitHub.
  • Experience participating in a Scrum team in an agile environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences and collaborate across functions.
  • Working knowledge of agentic workflows, specification-driven development, custom instructions, and prompt engineering for AI-assisted development.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of web content management systems.
  • Experience with Adaptive web forms designed in AEM and delivered through JSON in headless delivery.

  • Develop and support Adobe Experience Manager solutions involving PDF forms and Adaptive web forms.
  • Build front-end functionality using HTML, JSP, NPM webpack, and Angular.
  • Develop Java web and service applications.
  • Develop microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Work with messaging frameworks such as Kafka.
  • Use CI/CD tools to support software delivery.
  • Participate as a member of a Scrum team in an agile development environment.
  • Communicate technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Partner across functions and organizational levels to deliver technology solutions.
  • Establish team-level practices for agentic workflows, specification-driven development, custom instructions, and prompt engineering for AI-assisted implementation.
