Join Charles Schwab India as an associate supporting data platforms and technology that serve quantitative research and downstream analytics.
The role offers early-career exposure to a global financial services technology organization in Hyderabad.
Key responsibilities
- Build and enhance data pipelines to ingest, transform, validate, and publish datasets.
- Implement data-quality controls and contribute to data lineage, documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Contribute to data platform services including APIs, shared libraries, workflow orchestration, and scheduling.
- Write clean, testable code and follow disciplined engineering practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps, production support, and partner technology teams on supportable solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Support incident triage and problem management through log and metric analysis.
- Apply security, compliance, and data governance practices when handling sensitive information.
- Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding tools where appropriate.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
