Job Summary

  • To carry out MRO & Consumables procurement data analysis from multiple perspectives to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality and saving of the department.
  • Participate in sourcing, tendering and administration of diverse MRO contracts in line with company policies.
  • Serve as liaison between company and vendor involving sourcing, negotiating contracts and presenting concords to decision makers.

Qualification and Requirements

  • University graduate from any discipline or a diploma with 2 – 4 years of experience.
  • Professional qualifications in purchasing is an added advantage.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support through data analysis relating to market trends, vendor and supply management.
  • Report departmental savings on regular basis to management.
  • Assist in identification of potential new suppliers using existing Tasnee databases.
  • Troubleshoot common issues on PCs/laptops/printers and M365 (Outlook/Teams).
  • Monitor supplier conformance with contracts to maintain supplier quality.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and end users to get most competitive cost with timely delivery.
  • Communicate with vendors, internal customers, and any other relevant party.
  • Contribute to preparation, processing and compilation of RFQs/RFPs.
  • Review bids from Tenders and RFPs and make initial recommendations.
  • Participate in data cleansing projects.
  • Contribute to system automation and increase items covered with outline agreements.
  • Monitor contract terms and coordinate approval of amendments.

  • Sound knowledge of Procurement and Support Services business process.
  • Knowledge of Finance, Value of Money, Return on Investment and Cost accounting.
  • Frequent contacts with senior employees in other departments.
