About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify quality defects during process and inform Supervisor if in doubt
- Improve efficiency by following standard operating procedure
- Optimize cycle time and cost reduction
- Actively participate in team for preventive maintenance on machines
- Prepare the site for operational or maintenance work, including start up, shut down
- Minor trouble shooting, reporting malfunctions/status and handing over to ensure safe operation
- Prepare and submit daily machine production and efficiency report to supervisor
- Keep record of all defects and good parts produced in his shift
- Report and coordinate to Supervisor of any machine abnormalities
- Contribute in productivity and process enhancement
- Maintain proper housekeeping in his work area
- Follow employee standards by adhering to environmental and Occupational Safety and Health regulations
Requirements
- Diploma degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field
- Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications

Summary
- To effectively operate a production facility of RECYCLING PROCESS in a safe manner and in accordance with overall production requirements.
